Re-occurring billing:

Renewals for selected Support Schedules (Support Levels 1-3) will be billed at quarterly, half yearly, yearly or bi-yearly increments and require a minimum three month contract. We accept cash, cheques or MasterCard, JCB and Visa cards.

We are also offering discounts for extended contract lengths. A discount is given for 6, 12, and 24 month contracts.

The following renewal discount rates apply: 

  • 6 months - receive 15% discount
  • 12 months - receive 20% discount
  • 24 months - receive 25% discount

I would like thaibiz.com to generate more pages than I initially agreed to. What are the rates per page?

We are happy to generate additional pages for you. The following rate schedule applies:

  • 1-4 pages = US$ 56 per standard page
  • 5-10 pages = US$ 47 per standard page
  • 11-25 pages = US$ 41 per standard page
  • 26 plus pages = US$ 29 per standard page

I am an international client. Do I have to pay VAT?

No. VAT (value added tax) applies to Thai registered businesses only.

How do I update my payment information?

Please call our offices Monday to Friday during normal business hours. You can also fax the new payment information to 66-76-254960 (attn: Billing). What is the renewal procedure?

Fully automated, our renewal system will notify the client by email 3 times prior to the Support Schedule (Support Level 1-3) renewal date. Renewal mails will be sent at the following intervals:

  • 20 days before the renewal date
  • 10 days before the renewal date
  • 3 days before the renewal date
  • on the date of the renewal, if NOT renewed, a suspension notice will be mailed out.

The renewal mail will be send to info@yourdomain.com. Please note that the Support Schedule (including hosting) will be AUTOMATICALLY suspended by the system within 3 working days of the renewal date, if no renewal fees have been received. The subject line will identify the renewal mails as follows

  • RENEWAL MAIL
  • RENEWAL MAIL - FIRST REMINDER
  • RENEWAL MAIL - LAST REMINDER
  • RENEWAL MAIL - SUSPENSION NOTICE

Please note that deletion of your account will lead to a loss of email settings plus all site contents will be deleted. In case the client would like to reactive the account a one time re-activation fee of US$ 35 applies.

What will it cost to upgrade/downgrade my account?

Upgrading of your Support Level is free of charge. For downgrading your Support Level you will be charged a US$ 35.00 one time fee to cover the administrative effort to process the change. Fees will have to be paid in advance.

What is the payment schedule for website development?

  • Once we completed the clients website or pages the customer will receive a site completion notice by email.
  • Once the notification has been mailed accounting will contact the client for outstanding monies due. International and local clients will receive an email stating the amount due. Local (Thailand wide) clients will receive in addition the invoice by fax.
  • Invoices will have to be settled within 14 days of receipt.
  • The invoice is held open until the final billing date to process charges and is then closed.  The customer's credit card is then charged for the amount due. Clients can also pay by cash or cheque.
  • In case we do not receive the funds within 14 days of the final completion date, the client will receive a suspension notice by email.
  • Client accounts where the invoices have not been settled within 3 days of the final suspension notice, the account will be suspended.
  • If the client does not settle the outstanding amount due within 2 days of the suspension notice received, the web account will be deleted within 24 hours.

Please note that this will lead to a loss of email settings plus all site contents will be deleted. In case the client would like to reactive the account a one time re-activation fee of US$ 35 applies.

I want to cancel my Support Level. What are the cancellation procedures?

In case of cancellations the client may contact cancellation@thaibiz.com or fax the request to 66-76 254766-8. Please note that all cancellation requests must be in writing showing the company seal and the signature of the company director. We do not accept any cancellation requests by phone.

What about my website contents if I cancel my account?

Please note that Wired Destinations Co.,Ltd, (thaibiz.com) takes no responsibility for website data after the date of account deletion. In-house backups are for security reason only. It is ultimately the customers responsibility to back up all data from the web account prior to the cancellation date.

Please note that we make account access details readily available to the client upon request prior to the deletion date for him/her to download all data via FTP.

We also provide website contents on disk if requested. Data will be copied as is. Database contents will not be copied on disks though.

Please note that if the client signed up for any subscription paid services, (payment systems, shopping malls, database applications, including all .cgi scripts including all programs that drive these applications) Wired Destinations Co.,Ltd. licenses the use of the system for the time period the client has an active account with Wired Destinations Co.,Ltd. In case of cancellation for services provided by Wired Destinations Co.,Ltd the client looses all access to services provided. Wired Destinations Co., Ltd. will though provide a copy of all data on floppy disk (upon request).

What is thaibiz.com' s refund policy?

Each of thaibiz.com options carries a 30 day money back guarantee on monthly fees only. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees (domain registration fees US$ 35), all site design and overages.

Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons only: (1) the account order is canceled prior to activation; or (2) the domain name was not available at the InterNIC. 

This policy does not apply to any additional services such as overages, additional disk space, additional pop accounts, etc.
