I already have a website with a provider other than thaibiz.com. Do I have to pay for re-design?

No. If you opt for a mirror site under a new domain hosted and maintained by thaibiz.com as part of any of our Support Levels no re-design fees apply. We simply copy all your website contents from your current site to your new server.

I am already a client with thaibiz.com. Do I have to upgrade my account?

The TravelWorks PRO version does not include any Support Levels by default. In order to have access to hosting or online marketing services you may want to subscribe of any of our Support Levels.

I do not have a website at present. Do I have to pay for page setup and design fees?

Yes, if we design your website our normal design fees of US$ 56 per page apply. No setup fees however apply for the TravelWorks direct booking system.

I have a website already but I do not want to host my site on the thaibiz.com server. Can I use the TravelWorks direct booking system with my current provider?

Yes, we can install the TravelWorks booking system on your server or can provide you with all the proper directions to set all yourself. Please note though to install the booking gateway on your server we need temporary user i.d. and password access to your server. You can always change password access once all work has been completed. The installation is free of charge.

Also if you subscribe to any of our Support Levels (1-3) you have full access to all services as described in the thaibiz.com Support Levels.
